What We Strive For
Our mission is to provide a safe and light-hearted space for students to destress and empower themselves through the practice of yoga. Focusing mainly on Vinyasa Flows, all levels are welcome and we encourage beginners to come give it a try! Led by certified student instructors, we will take you through an hour long flow with a short meditation to end class. Sessions will be held a couple times a week, you don't need to commit to anything, just come when you can!
